Sell Your Property - The BIG Experiment 

It's no secret that selling your property in Spain in today's market is tough...very tough. With more and more properties coming on to the market all the time it's just going to get even tougher over the coming months.

Around this time of year things start to slow down even further. Most people are now more interested in their tan than shopping around for a property to buy. If you're trying to sell this makes it even more difficult.

After having received another email today from someone else asking me what they need to do to shift their property we came up with an idea.

You see here at Eye on Spain we're always full of ideas (although some people would say we're full of something else), and if we were selling a property today we know exactly what we would do to get it shifted ASAP.

But we're not selling anything at all, we're very happy with our apartment thanks, so that's why we need some volunteers.

We want to help some people sell their properties

What can we bring to the table?

Well what we can offer are our online and offline marketing skills. We don't get thousands of people to our websites every day without doing something right!  We also don't spend any money on marketing!

What we'd like to do is put that knowledge to the test and instead of "selling" Eye on Spain we'd like to use some of our traffic generation secrets to help you try to sell your property.

We like a challenge!

It's a bit of fun on our part but the end result could be very good for you!

If you're interested in taking part in our experiment to find the quickest way to sell a property then you need to satisfy the following criteria:

1. You need to have a property you actually want to sell (off plan or resale), no timewasters please.  I know, it's obvious but I had to state it.
2. You need to be prepared to put in some effort here.  We're going to tell you what to do but you actually need to do it.  We'll give you all the support you need.
3. One of the things we want to try goes against everyting we believe in...paying for advertising...but we estimate that you would need no more than 100 Euros available to spend throughout the duration of the experiment.
4. You need to be serious about selling.  Please don't apply if you really don't want to do this, let someone else who really does want to sell their property take part.
5. We would need your permission to publish details of the result of your findings (i.e. hopeful sale), although we wouldn't necessarily need to publish any personal details of yours.

As our own resources are limited we are only accepting 5 people only into this experiment.

Yep, just 5.

We'll work with the "lucky" 5 people during July and August (traditionally very slow months for real estate in Spain) telling them step-by-step exactly what they need to be doing.  We sincerely hope to have those 5 properties sold by the end of August.

Everyone else will have to wait until September for the result.
