This chart reflects the increase in dissatisfaction of respondents after the agent took the deposit for their property. There is an alarming increase of over 200% in the number of respondents who rate their agent as poor when it comes to after-sales service.

The best form of advertising by far is word of mouth. It seems a staggering 48% of people would not recommend their agent to a friend, meaning many companies are missing out on the best form of advertising.
