| 367 | Hacienda Don Paco | No | 3 | 1 | No | This builder purports to be the biggest in the Costa Blanca region and has several developments for sale all of which do not have any permissions. The package is described as the tour comprising of 7 golf courses. If it ever comes off perhaps it will be ok but for those people who actually want to purchase and use a home in spain either for holidays or full time then they should give this developer a very wide berth. After two and a half yesr we were lucky to be able to buy another off plan property on a developed site. The contract was Bank Guaranteed, the builder was communicative and finished the house to the date on our contract with all necessary comletion certificates in place before we were allowed to sign.The finished deveopment was to a very good standard and we have had the pleasure of owning a property that we can use for the last 5 months.
When I see adverts for San Jose in Magazines, Sunday Newspapers etc I scream - Please don't sign find a proper developer. |
