| 864 | Sol Andalusi | Yes | 5 | 4 | No | Once we completed the snag list was impossible to have even the most major of issues properly dealt. The overall postcompletion mngt has been a nightmare. We completed on 01 July 2005, they tried to charge us community charges backdated to March of that year although the delay in completion was down to the AND to-date sogefincas the admin compnay have not supplied clear utility bills as they say the utilities companies do not supply individual bills, I feel so ripped off by the whole thing. One last issue, phase 2 was suposed to be up to half a mile from the main compex, it's now the other side of the pool, the construction has ruined resale prices, a nine hole golf course was part of the deal and will now not be completed for another 2 years. |
