| 579 | Gran Mirador | No | 2 | 1 | No | this developer lies and cannot be trusted you can never speak to anyone who can make a decision I would strongly recomend anyone to give this developer a wide birth even though the deal looks favourable at the outset because extra charges and items that you are told are included, then become additional at charges 300% of what would be considered unreasonable in the first place are then imposed. |

They falsely describe Gran Mirador as a "Golf Resort", fail to provide a habitation licence by the completion date (which is against Spanish law, and makes the property unfit for purpose, which is renting out), then blames the customers and tries to impose stiff penalties when they refuse to complete. We are one of several parties who are taking action against them in court. On no account have anything to do with these so-called developers. They are nothing but trouble. |

Want completion. Luxury prices on golf course but not lxury appts, no course. Builder cancelled contracts and stolen our money. Parador do nor care. Help! |

Argued with developer who would not listen to us. He wanted us to complete with no Habitation Cert. no golf course. unfinished appts. We said no as had others clients. He responded by cancelling our contracts and refusing to refund our money. He has stolen our money by deception. What is on site is not what we had paid for. Not "luxury appts, no golf course in sight. We desperately need to get in touch with others affected the same. |
