| 36 | Playa Golf III | Yes | 2 | 2 | Yes | The property we purchased is called The Azucena or as Atlas call it The White Lilly. The look of the property is great, a rustic Andalusia style building.
It’s a concrete frame with block infill construction, typical of new builds in Spain. The problems we have with San Jose are; they have a shoddy finish to the property, what we call a Friday afternoon finish. Also the layout of the estate is not resident friendly, thing like the pool area is small and would not accommodate more that about six families, there are over 88 properties using the pool area! I recon that San Jose is a large developer that concentrates on maximising their profit margin, as all big developer do.
