| 442 | Gavi Golf | Yes | 3 | 3 | No | I have reservations about this developer - I'm sure they are probably better than most but they need to be watched like a hawk and have a tendancy to ignore instructions and then complain bitterly when they have to start things again. Prices for things also seem to get made up on the spot. Lots of negotiation needed. They'll build you a very nice home but you have to make sure you put everything you want in writing and agree on costs for extras before you start the build. |
