We should have completed on our apartment in the 1st quarter of 2006. We are still awaiting the final occupancy licence. The developer blames the council but as he had not built exactly to plan then the council needed them to redo the plans. That is the developers fault. I will not sign until the licence is in place. Also whilst the buildings a very good quality the actual complex is considerably different to the plans and mock-upwe were shown before buying. |
