| Respondent | Development | Build on Schedule or Completed on Time? | Rating - Build Quality | Rating - Overall Service | Recommend to a Friend? | Comments |
| 19 | Haciend Riquelme | No | 3 | 3 | No | over priced and the contracts are totally biased towards the developer. Not informed of future developments that have reduced value of origional resorts |
| 90 | Haciend Riquelme | No | 4 | 4 | Yes | A bit vague on time scales but I do not think it will be far away, approx 3-4 months. Overall happy |
| 96 | La Torre Golf Resort | No | 3 | 1 | No | The concept is fine, but the delivery is a year late and the finishings very poor.
Customer service is abysmal. |
| 145 | Haciend Riquelme | No | 4 | 2 | Yes | I have no doubt, having seen Mar Menor and La Torre that Hacienda will be a quality build and I suppose one can expect things to over-run slightly. |
| 164 | Haciend Riquelme | No | 3 | 1 | No | Absolutely no contact or apologies over 1-year late completion. No updates. Instead, a mass of non-eco-friendly marketing drivel, expensively produced from OUR deposit money. Too many units on too many sites, close together, to produce the promised investment returns. |
| 195 | La Torre Golf Resort | No | 4 | 2 | Yes | |
| 314 | La Torre Golf Resort | Yes | 4 | 4 | Yes | |
| 362 | La Torre Golf Resort | Yes | 3 | 3 | Yes | |
| 429 | Mar Menor 1 | Yes | 3 | 3 | Yes | Purchased a "used" flat in Madrid and had no contact with any developer. |
| 456 | Haciend Riquelme | No | 4 | 3 | Yes | Communication is VERY poor. The only way you get to hear anything is to chase them and ask. |
| 487 | Terrazas de la Torre | No | 4 | 3 | Yes | The land clearing ready to build Terrazas was due to start in September 2006 and has not yet done so (to my knowledge).
we are still assured that the finish will be 'on time' |
| 528 | La Torre Golf Resort | No | 4 | 2 | Yes | |
| 596 | Terrazas de la Torre | No | 5 | 3 | Yes | Everything I have seen on completed Polaris resorts exceeeded our expectations, so i look forward with great optimism to the completion of our property. |
| 644 | Haciend Riquelme | Yes | 4 | 3 | Yes | |
| 659 | Haciend Riquelme | No | 5 | 2 | Yes | Polaris are an enigma. On the one hand, they send our regular newsletters and help with NIE numbers etc but on the other, they do not keep buyers informed on the progress of the build. We are currently 9 months behind and have had no contact from Polaris aboiut this but on a recent visit to La Torre, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of construction and we are working on the principlke that all will be OK eventually. The Polaris concept is still very good and when you compare pricing with other developments in the region, they are very copmpetitive and will offer a superior product when all the resorts are completed. |
| 661 | El Valle Golf Resort | No | 4 | 3 | Yes | Poor communication about completion dates. Given assurances by one employee when patently obvious it would not be ready close to the date |
| 735 | La Torre Golf Resort | Yes | 4 | 4 | Yes | |
| 799 | La Torre Golf Resort | No | 4 | 3 | Yes | At present only 1 month overdue but promised in a further 5 months |
