It was left in a filthy condition with bare wires hanging from the ceiling but I am told it was the norm. There was little flexibility on snagging dates but all the major items were attended to by somewhat constant nagging. I do not think they were any better or worse than the majority of builders. Approach any developement with a determind attitude if it is the apartment/villa you want! |
