It Was a night mare at the time and after many letters and visits to our lawer we got sorted out but not before the developer charged us 3000.00 euro penalty. we felt they were crooks and we heard the developer was fined alot of money for building without licences,they had tv programes made about other people who were worse off than us with yhis same developer. |

As with many other prospective purchasers on this site, we were expecting to complete in July 2005 but the problems surrounding this development are legendary so I don't expect I need to make further comment. |
