791Calas del PinarNo11NoWe cannot comment on the quality of the build. The completion date was January 2006 and building has not started yet! We are advised by our Solicitor that no compensation will be paid but we have a current Bank Guarantee Certificate. The only message from the Developer is that we can recover our cash (60% total price) at anytime if we wish. He has had the benefit of our cash since May 2005. We actually sold our home in the UK in January 2006 and purchased a smaller house to release funds to pay the balance on the property in Spain, expecting to have completed on Caqlas del Pinar during 2006. A very stressful situation!
