| 309 | Balanegra Playa | No | 2 | 1 | No | The construction is ok but it is a very high maintenance quad...all the iron work outside was rusty and even when that and the woodwork was sanded down by my husband the quality is so poor that it need s to be treated annually. Also fixtures and fittings very cheap and shoddy and need replacing. |
