113Mirador de TorreblancaNo42YesDevelopment not yet complete so difficult to confirm the quality, but looks good. We have spoken to builders on the site and have been told of them not getting paid for a long time. We are in no rush so the late delivery is no real problem, but it is now more than 2 years over the original delivery date. We are now being told June/July 2007, but do not expect before 2008.
186Fuente de Piedra phase 2No31NoNo contact at all with the developer have tried emails but to no avail, again wouldnt trust them at all. The whole experience has put us off trying to buy in Spain

594Fuenta de Piedra No11NoThe spec has been dramatically changed from what was sold. There was a garage on the plans which has been omitted in the final build.

748Fuente de Piedra Phase 2Yes44YesI was pleasently surprised to find the completed townhouses to be well finished however the site is not yet completed.
761Mirador Linked VillasNo11NoWe purchaesd a plot on the 2nd phase of this development. On deciding to buy elsewhere - still with the same agents we requested our plot be put up for resale. It never was, we called after about 6 months for progress update to be advised plot could not be resold as builder did not have building licence. On this premise I advised them that their sale to us initially was illegal as they had nothing to sell and requested our money back. We are still waiting over 3 years later with no response whatsoever from the builder and no help whatsoever from Palmera Properties. it would seem they work for the builder rather tahn us. What do we pay admin fees for? Anyone know a good lawyer in Malaga as that is our next step.

796Mirador Linked VillasNo31Noillusive
806Valle Rosario GolfNo33NoQuestions cannot be answered yet as building is at least 2 years behind schedule, and, as far as I can ascertain, has not yet started.
837La Perla de MiradorNo11NoDeveloper is not giving any info to either Palmera or its clients about development after 4 years of waiting. Licence etc.
