We completed oct 2004 and they only started landscaping April 2006, still on-going. The pool only opened May 2006 after many disgreements over rules and regulations and then closed a few months later as the pump was broken. Do not know if rectified yet. Water penetration problem in the apartment that after a year of trying is still not fixed.Fire extinguishers missing and not replaced. Very poor company. |
