He has built only a small number of houses - so for him I think he tried his best - and if he had been watched by Procosona and told what things were necessary - he might have done a better job. We are now living happily in our casa and love living in Spain - but our health suffered as a result of this project - it should have been a better process. He is approachable and will try to do things when asked. Things are not complete yet - but we have faith that he will do them. We have our deeds to the land and property - but are still waiting for electric and water to be connected.
The problem in this area is that EVERYONE IS RELATED TO EVERYONE!!!! IT'S A FAMILY CONCERN - We 'Brits' are lone travellers on lifes journey - we don't do FAMILY like the Spanish and many other races. I suppose we just have to take the good with the bad - and luckily for us - there is more good than bad.
Thanks for this opportunity to voice our experience. I know you will read and digest it. Unfortunately - the councils etc out here won't. |
