I can't really comment too much on this section at the moment as we agreed to purchase at the end of October 06 with completion in May 07. We were sent a progress report just before Xmas but there didn't appear to have been any since we agreed to purchase! We are visiting again in 3 weeks and may be better equipped to answer this section after then. However, I did make one request to the developer and this has been dealt with in a positive manner so we will wait and see.
