Buyers from their previous site have bought again on the new development, so that is a good reassurance. |

I discovered the development was not legal. Fortunately, there was a bank guarantee in the contract. I took legal advice from a Spanish lawyer in Canterbury and I finally succeeded in getting a full refund. According to Spanish law there should have been a further 6% interest per year refunded to me. I have not paid a bill sent by the Spanish solicitor (recommended by the Agent). I consider I was lucky to get my money back! |
