Parts of the complex were left unfinsihed, swimming pools left broken down, external lighting not provided until recently, gardens left un-landscaped. Most of these are partly resolved now but their attitude has not changed - customers are treated with complete disdain but little we can do. The community agents (AMMEX) are ineffective and add no value. |

On the negative side they are notoriously difficult to get any worthwhile information out off. |
| 640 | Vista Bahia | No | 3 | 1 | No | False promises from start to finish.Bending the law to its maximum.We have paid for the gardens out of community funds.Which was to have been done by Jale.Ammex our administrators are as bigger liars as Jale are.This is another scam on the Costas taking peoples hard earned money bending the law.Now people are in contact with each other we hope to finally vote Jale and Ammex out once and for all.Lets have a campain on your website to denounce these crooks.So we can all enjoy ESPANA.Aministrators are fleecing people out of there money with no respect for the communities or the law.They need bringing to book on all issues for there charges so many people I speak to when Im in Spain are refusing to pay there community fees and I dont blame them.As the saying goes I could write a book but Iwont be on my own.Thank you for letting me air some veiws.Regards Mr.Leith. |
