Very poor at communicating. They pretend not to understand English when there is a problem. They left the plot un safe and told us that safety features such a as a rail around our pool would be extra. To cap it all they have not built the foundations properly and cracks have appeared all around the villa. After 3 months they have still not replied to our letters and emails and refuse to talk to us.
