I cannot answer regarding the quality of build because the development is approx 12 months behind, roads only just being laid, no building work started on site yet, however the same company are in the process of building a development at roda which we have visited, in my opinion buildings to crammed in together, however quality of build of the showhouse quite good.
Developer does not keep me informed of possible build start at corvera or any information that may be of interest, only corrospondance from them in the last 12 months was a reminder of my second payment due 15/12/06.
in hindsight i would not buy off plan again, would look to purchase a completed property, and if we had would be enjoying spain now and not having to wait another 2 years before completion.
one lives and learns.
ps think eye on spain has been invaluable to me during the last 12 months, i have learnt such a lot regarding purchasing in spain, please keep up the good work.

The project start is delayed by at least 6 months - I expected delays so at the moment am not too concerned. Progress feedback from the developer is poor.

MRI have been nothing but helpful during the whole process since we first went to an exhibition in May 2005 and then on an inspection trip the following month. We bought off plan and we are still receiving updates. Even when we visited Costa del Sol in November, bearing in mind Roda Golf is Costa Calida, MRI still looked after us and showed us different furniture packages to give us an idea of what we could expect in Roda. Cannot fault the company and we may have paid more than some people but it has been worth every penny. No hassle at all and everything is done for us, we don't even have to go out to Spain to see to anything.

I think our development has been held up by an ongoing development. Some thing you have to expect in Spain. Can't complain too much - was warned what buying off plan meant beforehand!!
