Waiting to go to notary, developer wanted to go to notary 16.01.07 without completing things that were in contract. Appliances, air con, e.t.c. Landscape gardening he will not complete till we have water and electricity on. So we expect if it is done at all it will only be raking over the soil. So we continue to with a lack of communication until they tell us appliances e.t.c. are installed. I would strongly recommend that no one buys off plan in Spain. |
