The finished complex did not look like the plans we were shown. I think they were on a cost cutting exercise!! Never got a straight answer from them during the build, in fact more lies than truth about when completion would be. We were 8 months over completion date.

lack of response to correspondence, lack of response on snagging, taken the money but don't care about sorting out issues concerning residnets, bullying to residents, promised to give facilites on paper in order to sale but not provided

I would recommend this developer, but you know this is Spain, and information is not a strong point.I was lucky my friends live in the area.

Builder has provided an excellent aftersales and has continually dealt with all queries relating to the development promptly, which is a good job as medsea are useless
