1. I agreed to buy in April 2004 with a completion date of Nov 2005. This date mysteriously changed to Nov 2006 on my contract. Still not ready.
2. A Block was added in what was supposed to be a green area.
3. We were promised a direct access to the beach - this is not going to happen.
4. We were constantly fed false information regarding completion - we were told early 2005 that it would be summer 2006!
5. Someone claims to have seen plans that the 'tropical garden' in the valley is going to actually be a slip road to E15.
I am appaled. The agents and my solicitor just shrug there shoulders as presumably they have heard it all before!
I wd never buy off plan again. |
