20	Arenal Golf	Yes	1	3	Yes	Only becuase they do have a reasonable track record, however just like a big headed company they do not answer letters when sent to them concerning things hat happen on site. The finish on my propery is very bad. I only hope they carry out the snagging work correctly and not try and cut to many corners as this will only waste alot of time for everyone involved mine especially.

To be fair they have answered some faxes I have sent, but in this day of emails/web sites it is unacceptable that they can't post a weekly/monthly status report on how the development is progressing. That would be a real selling point and would generate some referrals and recommendations.
280	Arenal Golf	No	1	1	No	Aifos are complete crooks, all you get from them is shoddy workmanship on illegal build sites. Thye have conned too many innocent buyers and they are continuing to do so. We were just very fortunate as we had an "honest" solicitor working very hard on our behalf. We are only one of a handful of Aifos' clients who have managed to get any money returned and even then it cost us thousands to recoup our own money which was retrieved through the "just as corrupt" spanish legal system.

468	Arenal Golf	No	4	3	Yes	After the 30%was paid, the site sales office staff were VERY unhelpful, could not be bothered to give any answers, any time or really any respect to buyers. Had to phone Head Office in Marbella to get any information,which could have been provided by site office staff on phone or in person. Initially sales staff were very good but most of these have now left or moved on so perhaps this is just a bad bunch, or most probably they have our money so don't care.

I havent yet seen my apartment as its slighly behind schedule, but the whole site and standard of build is looking good.

827	Arenal Golf	No	3	1	No	Arenals attitude to rectifying defects was very poor. We have a toilet that we can not sit down on properly as the sink sits over it and they believe that this is fine. Legal action i am afraid as it is a year now.
