85Terrazas de TorreblancaNo53YesVery slow but apartment is far better than anticipated
94Hacienda CasaresNo31No
105Roquetas apartments, AlmeriaNo11NoWhat can one say about Aifos........No communication, rescind contracts at drop of a hat then ask for more euros. Long build time, no licence to build on quite a number of their developments.......can't say I have hear4d of one of their developments without problems.......poor quality
127Cortijo de TorreblancaNo21Nowas meant to be completed june 05 and still no where near completion. no communication via afios at all
146Angel de MirafloresNo21NoThey force owners into paying the full amount without delivering the complete services as elevator, first occupant license and a long list, appartments smaller than expected .... but we can not wait forever to live in our appartment.
185Aifos HipodromoNo33YesIt is a qualified "Yes" based on the quality of Building when it is handed over by AIFOS.
197Calahonda HillsNo31NoAifos will tell you anything but the truth.None of their agents appear to know what is going on.
227Las CaballerizasNo11NoAifos are a complete pile of **&&%$$"£*&(^^%$"!¬
241Cortijo de TorreblancaNo31YesCannot comment of build quality as cannot visit site yet. Signed up in May 2003 but the contract was so vague it never gave a precise completion date. Now expected July 07. They are only re-active not proactive so Agent has to chase up for progress, if you can call it that. Some of unsold flats now in the 'sale' until 15 Feb. Luckily I was not desperate for the property but the 'holiday' home could become my retirement home at this rate. At least I got in at the lowest off-plan price so if all goes well the capital tied up will not have been wasted.

281Jardines de TorrequebradaYes33Yes
324Balcones de RoquetasYes11NoThe developer has left us high and dry, taken our money and moved onto his next project, we are the forgotten people
334Jardines de TorrequebradaYes22NoKeymare were a quality builder, now suffering from over expansion. Their staff are over stretched and they contract out many building services, such as plumbing, and so have lost the quality that made their name in the early parts of this century. They need to concentrate on their product quality more, rather than quantity.
369El BarcarnoYes44Yes
371Angel de MirafloresYes43YesWhile the building was completed about 2 months after the scheduled date, the sale was not completed until almost a year later, the local authorities are being blamed for this delay
382Angel de MirafloresYes33Yes
393Hacienda CasaresNo11NoLong gone.Taken over by Majestic Homes. Also gone.New developer refuses to return deposits. It would appear that Bank guarantees are worthless as long as their are vague promises of competion someday
401Las CaballerizasNo21NoVery little information coming from developer with regard to delays and when work will restart on site.
440Las Caballerizas 2No31NoAifos seem a very arrogant set up that treats clients with utter contempt
447Aifos HipodromoNo33NoOur development is still ongoing so we cannot truly comment on the quality yet!!but the service throughout the whole project has been diabolical.
454Angel de MirafloresNo41NoThere are 266 apartments over 7 blocks on our site, I am 4 years down the road now and I have my apartment but there are still 100 that have not been released by the developer. There is still no Habitation licence for the site so we have external power cables hanging around the site.I believe Aifos have hundred's of court actions against them.
463Angel de MirafloresNo11NoSee above, crooks, lowlife swindlers, so bad, words fail me. Court case coming up soon, so no names or obvious links to us please! Suing for several breaches of contract.Greedy dishonest liars.
486Angel de MirafloresNo31NoAt best-inept. At worst-criminally negligent. They cancelled my contract for no reason & wouldn't reply to any communications. Total nightmare.
496Aifos HipodromoNo31NoAll the people in the same boat as me are desperately hoping that the partly built developement eventually gets completed.
561Jardines de TorrequebradaNo11NoPlans were nothing like the actual development which is still on the Aifos website
593Jardines de TorrequebradaNo11NoAifos reputation is well deserved. Developement does not resemble what we thought we had bought. Poor build quality. Mega problems with the developement.
622Puerto Sol, Roquetas de MarNo11NoWe paid our initial res fee in Nov 2004, the dep shortly after and then have made 3 stage payments which total 1/3 of the total cost. The apartment should have been completed by Nov 2006 but we will be lucky if it is finished by early 2009... we get no contact from the company unless I write or email with specific queries... I understand that the property is now under construction, but the same picture has been on the website for months now.. I've heard of slow progress but this is ridiculous... we are trying very hard not to panic... Any info we can gain would be great... especially if it's positive!!!
783Angel de MirafloresYes11NoAlthough the development was finished in time, in relation to it being "registered" (or whatever the correct terminology is) there is still no habitation licence one and a quarter years after we were told it would be finished. The apartments are also forty per cent smaller than on the plans and there is a swimming pool missing. Also there has been a threat of losing our 50000 pounds sterling deposit if we don't complete. And this is from our solicitor who knows there is no licence of first occupation!!
811 No31NoDeveloper sold properties before getting the construction permit. Permit not available yet.
830Angel de MirafloresNo31NoThis developer feels that they can build your apartment to whatever size he feels,(ie: 20% smaller) also they feel that they can decide after you have signed a contract to build your apartment without one of the bathrooms that are on the plans. Since meeting with other purchasers every copy of the plan that we have seen are different?
842Las CaballierizasNo11NoNothing has ever happened after 3 years. No contact from Aifos. Ignoring even the court decision in our favour. Steer well clear.
866Terrazas del SolNo31NoAifos have had us dangling by a string for 4 years now. We were led up the garden path by them on the first development we signed for, costantly feeding us lies and excuses. We contacted our agent viva estates, aifos themselves and the town hall of mijas and got conflicting stories. Who do you believe? If only the clock could be turned back! Alas we are waiting for the terrazas to be completed, latest news is around march/april this year but nothing would surprise us more if that turns out to be the case.
887 No44YesDeveloper is dreadful to deal with and no one should touch them.Complete crooks .They had to pay large fine to get licence after hotel was built. Our lawyer was also very uncommunicative:Mr Mata of Mata Hermoso ,Benalmadina- not recommended either.Everything now appears to be settled
899Angel de MirafloresNo31NoArrogant and difficult.
