| 637 | Roqetas de Mar | 5 | 5 | Yes | Yes | we initially got in contact with Tarleton, and their agent in Almeria - Dan, in Jan 2006 and we were shown everything available before making our decision. the property we have bought is exactly what we wanted in a place we would never have known existed! we have been helped with banking, mortgaging, lawyers & translation. we have had regular photo's e-mailed to us on the development of the villa, and kept informed of completion dates. in England, the company boss, Russell, has contacted us himself on a number of occasions to keep us informed of progress. all this from a general internet enquiry!! there has never been any hasseling -like the constant phone calls we have recieved from some companies!!i would strongly recommend Almeria to anyone -and strongly advise them to contact no-one but Tarleton! |
