526Blackpool11YesNoPoor is too complementary. Less than poor. Absolutely gutted. Lost a substantial amount of money. (our retirement money) The artist's impression in the brochure was deceptive. They didn't keep any of their promises. (i.e. that we would not lose any money) Communication abysmal. Finally dumped after they threatened to sue us!! I could write a book!! NEVER NEVER buy off-plan unless you have visited the building site. Better still, buy something that is already complete and you can see what you are getting for your money. In this country, what they did is considered to be a criminal offence but our laws don't apply to property in Spain, even though the agent was local and English. Learned a very hard and expensive lesson.
