Ocean view offered alternative properties and underwote the deposit, whilst still taking Afos through the courts to recover monies owed. I understand that is still ongoing
All in all i feel we have been treated very well and after 4 years our house in Casares completed yesterday. |

Once we signed on the dotted line and handed over just over a 100 000 euros we had to deal mainly with headoffice. The treatment and attitude couldnt have been different. People not responding to emails or returning calls. The feeling of arrogance and greed is rife. To be far a couple of the staff are extremely nice but they are grossly understaffed and tell you they have several developments all reaching completion at the same time so are extremely busy. The personal touch definetly went the minute you deal with headoffice. To top it all they now try to sell you a furniture package that apparently is discounted. I have had quotes from 4 other companies all offering what appears to be a similar quality/standard furniture pack. The prices range from 4 to 8 thousand euros less than Ocean Views. Ocean View have said that your property can only be included in their rental company OVP if you use their more expensive furniture pack

When you do get to speak to them the lies are so obvious. they are very frustrating to the point of threatening them with legal action to get them to do anything (Have been furnishing our apartment since May 2006, it's still is not fully furnished). |
