But I did call back and call back again untill very reluctantly they made a very crude job of dumping some concrete on the drives witheld by some really bad shuttering, there were some bad stains in the stainless steel sinks that were never replaced,and gaps under the front doors that allowed so much rainwater through all off the three bungalows needed mopping out as the lounges were one inch deep in water, tiles not carpet thank god. It was grim to say the least. |

You are promised that resale is no problem - and if you choose to keep it then rental is no problem with 35+ weeks per year. Fortunately having been in business for many years a bit of private investigating highlighted the truth. Once a unit is sold to you they are not interested in resale as this is at a lower commission rate that the one they get for an off-plan unit. Rentals are more likely to be in the 12-15 weeks per year - if you work hard at it or have a particularly good unit.
