Sold property, arranged bridging loan and Wills / Power of Attorney in three days. Then discovered seller was removing furniture (sold with property), and had cracked a window. ALL sorted before we returned two months later. This is a local CdS Spanish Company, although I understand they have a Brit Director. You would not get this service in UK! Sadly Francesca, their agent who handled our purchase some 5 years ago, has moved on. I have no financial interest, or any other interest, in this Company, but happily recommend them to my friends.

Very supportive until after money changed hands and insisted we did not need to employ a lawyer but showed little interest after that stage and it transpired that we were mislead on many aspects of the development.
