WE GOT THE KEYS FOR OUR BRAND NEW APARTMENT IN JULY 2006 (DEPOSIT PAID APRIL 2006)AND BY OCTOBER 2006 LESS THAN 3 MONTHS AFTER WE
GOT OUR KEYS A NEW DEVELOPEMENT WAS STARTED AND THE BUILD APPROX 8METRES
FROM OUR TERRACE HAS BLOCKED OFF ANY VIEW OR DAYLIGHT OR SUNLIGHT WE HAD
WHEN WE PURCHASED.IT HAS ENDED OUR VIEW FROM OUR TERRACE AND ANY RENTAL OR RESALE POTENTIAL IT HAD.WE WOULD NEVER EVER HAVE BOUGHT THIS APARTMENT IF WE HAD BEEN TOLD ABOUT THIS DEVELOPEMENT.
