Once we had paid the deposit he pocketed his commission and washed his hands off it. Capital Eyes pocketed their commission and in all fairness continued to update us about developments and manage resales but also washed their hands off it once the marketing of the properties got sticky. The customer service agent left and the development was offloaded to Villa Real Golf who are now trying to either resell the properties or support with completion. |
