Turns out my lawyer had sent them 2 e-mails and 2 fax receipts and a bank letter and they couldn't find any of them, luckily enough my lawyer confirmed builder had money,Atlas hadn't even checked with them. Back in December had a straightforward query for them re. 1st deposit due, 6e-mails and 1 week later, still no response, had to telephone their head sales person on her personal mobile number which we had got from her way back when on an inspection trip, before anyone contacted us back. |
