The figures have changed on what furniture would cost from 9-10K euros to 16K euros and also the confident attitude at sale/contract stage for rental returns is not good now. No I would not recommend the agent to a friend. WHile they do answer questions they do not provide the service they claim. I would not buy in Spain based on their service and I am very nervous on the returns I will get. |
