Like all agents they tend to be a bit pushy and the pressure was definitely on. I wasn't very happy with the guy who was assigned to us but he's since 'left'. i think others have had a better deal.

Having be initally sceptical,when we were offered 5 days in Spain for £50 each and all we had to do was look at a few properties, we have been so impressed that we Actually purchased a property through Amba sun! Our original intentions had been to go, take a look, then rest back and give it alot of thought.They have been thoroughly excellent in all departments and i would recommend their services without a second thought.

I presume we paid over the odds buying through an agent in this way, but they did take care of everything from furniture to legal issues,ie. NIE Number and security.

The mortgage advice was not very good. I have had to look for a cheaper property as I was mis-informed on mortgages. Very slow at responding to my emails but quick off the mark when they want something from me (i.e. monies, contract, decisions.

The charge a high percentage, 18%, and have far too cosy a relationship with PSI Consultants (legal) and Bancaja.
