It has fantastic mountain and countrside views from the roof solarium and is the ideal place for exploring the many places of interest in the murcia region.
The villa is situated in a very quite part of the complex.

The superb beaches of bolnuevo,the newly reburbished marina at the port of mazarron and the sierra espuna national park are all within 20min drive and the historical cities of cartagena and murcia are within a 30min drive.
On the complex there are various restaurant to suit al tastes,a large supermarket,banks,gift shop and many more.
An ideal place to unwind and chill out.
The villa
The main bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes and a ceiling fan also air con.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds and built in wardrobes and a ceiling fan also air con.
The main lounge has a dining area seated for 4 persons,a 32" flat screen tv with english programs,dvd player,board games and a ceiling fan.
The bathroom
It has a shower over the bath,toilet,sink and bidet
The Kitchen
This is fully equipped with fridge/freezer,washing machine,gas hob and oven,kettle, toaster,coffee maker and is fully equipped with crockery knives,forks glasses etc.
Outside
At the front of the villa is a terrace with chairs and table.
To the rear is a small private courtyard and seatting area.
The steps to rear lead up to the roof solarium,which has sun lounges,table and chairs and umberella over looking the stunning mountains and country views.
There is a also a cold shower to cool down with after sun bathing.
