Villa with Sea Views and Pool, Sitges, Spain. Quint Mar Casa, a Villa near Sitges, Spain
Beautiful house located in Quint Mar with great sea views set at the top of the hill, overlooking the lovely town of Sitges and the surrounding area.
The street level has parking for 2 cars in a secure location and 2 more on the street. A spiral staircase and an elevator lead up to the pool level and a few more steps to the front door. On the left is the large living room with a surround terrace and access to the pool and garden.
A few more steps lead up to the big, fully equipped kitchen with sliding doors to the garden and also access to the utility room, 5th bedroom and guest bathroom.
The next level is the mezanine with the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Then you have the second living room and 3 more double bedrooms and then up to the private and secluded roof terrace with the best views in Sitges.
There is plenty of outside space around the pool and the garden and the house is very secure with high fencing, alarm system and security bolts on all the lower level windows.
The design of the bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed, en-suite, built in wardrobes and private terrace. Bedroom 2 with double bed, en-suite and built in wardrobes. Bedrooms 3 and 4 with double beds and built in wardrobes. Bedroom 5 with bunk beds, en-suite and built in wardrobes.
Outside: To the front of the house there is the private pool which measures approximately 8m x 4m. It is surrounded by teak decking and has ample space for sunbathing and relaxing. To the left are a few steps up to the side garden with a pagoda for shade and table and chairs for dining outside either using the BBQ or the kitchen which opens onto the garden. There is another separate garden at the back which is totally private. There are mature plants and trees all around the house and parking for up to 4 cars. An elevator takes you from the ground floor to the pool level and there are just a few steps to the front door. The back gate leads out onto the Garraf park which is a protected zone.
Securiy deposit dependant on length of contract. N.B. The minimum 'long term' rental agreement for this property is 11 months.
