This recently refurbished apartment is in the heart of the towncentre, overlooking the plaza and magnificent church of Saint John the Baptist. It is available for long lets for 325Euros per month, plus bills.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there is a intercom entry system to the entrance foyer, that has also been retiled and decorated. The location is great, walking distance to everything, it is above the pharmacy, and accross the road from the post office & library. There are 3 bars all serving food in the town square, and many more dotted about the town.
Entering the apartment it has been tastefully renovated. With all the floors re-tiled and new kitchen & bathroom installed. Through the doorway is hallway leading to the 1st bedroom, it is furnished with a single bed, and double wardrobe. The next room also has a single bed and double wardrobe. The master bedroom is very large, and has a grand double bed and traditional wood carved headboard and matching quadripple wardrobe and chest, and still plenty of space. Then into there is a brand new shower room, with large walki-in shower, with glass brick, keeping all light and bright, and a wash hand basin, and toilet all in white and blue co-ordinating tiles. Then through into the new kitchen, which has plenty of fitted units, solid granite worktops, it comes complete with oven, hob, extractor, microwave, and fridge freezer. There is a dining area for 4 people. There is a seperate utility room, with water heater and washing machine. Then into the lounge. It is furnished with 2 large sofas, tv storage cabinet, and sky tv is included in the price of the rent. There is front door leading to a small terrace with great view of the church´s blue tiled domed roof. There is a large communal roof terrace for drying of washing and sunbathing, with views of the nearby mountains of Crevillente and Callosa de Segura. There is also a large private storeroom for each house measuring aproximately 6ft x 6ft.
