Situated on the pretty La Jara complex of the Costa Esuri resort, this smartly furnished mid terraced townhouse is in a great location. The complex is situated close to the East golf course, and the facilities of the mini market selling the essential groceries and daily fresh bread, clubhouse and Jags restaurant and bar are within a couple of minutes drive.

The property has two bedrooms, generously proportioned. The master bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes providing plenty of storage. The second bedroom is nicely furnished with 2 single beds and built in wardrobes. There is a family bathroom with shower over the bath situated between the two bedrooms. From the master bedroom there is a balcony with stairs leading up to a roof terrace which enjoys terrific views across the picturesque countryside and to the pool and communal gardens.

The comfortably furnished lounge has a comfortable leather sofa, an armchair and a coffee table. There is a large television and DVD player for your entertainment. The dining recess has a dining table for 4. The kitchen is well equipped, with all the mod cons you would expect. In the utility area there is a washing machine and laundry equipment. There is a downstairs shower room in addition to the first floor bathroom.

Outside in the private enclosed garden is a good sized tiled terrace area to the rear complete with outside table and chairs to comfortably seat 4.
The pool is just a minutes walk from the house and accessed via a path to the side of the property.

Also on site is Jags Bistro, a bar / restaurant offering a good range of quality meals and weekly live entertainment. They have a fantastic terrace overlooking the 18th hole of the West golf course which is the perfect place to sit and watch the sun set over the Guadiana river and Portugal in the distance. The golf club house with its bar, restaurant, driving range and pro shop, also has various activities and events throughout the year.

The resort of Costa Esuri is built around 2 fantastic golf courses offering different challenges to the golfer. It is set in an area of natural beauty which is home to many different species of birds so its also a great place for twitchers. There are many other golf courses within easy driving distance, both in Spain and just across the border in Portugal.

Ayamonte and Costa Esuri are easily reached by the IP 1 motorway which links Spain and Portugal. Low cost airlines fly to both Seville airport (90 mins drive away) and Faro airport (45mins drive away). Car hire from both airports is well organised and reasonably priced. Transfers can be arranged if required.

The town of Ayamonte is just 5km from the apartment and has some lovely boutique shops, tapas bars and great fish restaurants. Why not take the ferry across the river to Villa Real de Santo Antonio in Portugal. This picturesque town is famed for its beautiful linen. There is a pretty marina and the beach resort of Isla Canela is just 10 minutes from Ayamonte. Here you will find some of the best beaches in Spain with wide golden sands gently shelving into the sea.
Further afield the beautiful, historic city of Seville is easily reached in 90 mins by car or there is a regular coach service from Ayamonte. Just outside of the city is Isla Magica, a theme park for the old and young alike! Closer to home in Cartaya is the water park (open mid June to mid Sept) and a go kart track that is open all round. In the opposite direction the delights of the Portuguese Algarve are only an hour away.

We would recommend a car is essential to get the most from your holiday.
