Description

This is a beautiful penthouse apartment on two floors, which overlooks the 5th green of the beautiful Duquesa Golf Course, so there's plenty of entertainment on the balcony! In fact there are three balconies in all, so you will never be short of shade or sunshine.
This is a very comfortable apartment, very spacious with vaulted ceiling in the large living / dining / kitchen area, which has a balcony off overlooking the golf course. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make life as easy as possible in the culinary department! There are two bedrooms on this level, both with two single beds, one en-suite,and there is also an optional fold up bed available. There is a second bathroom on this level also, and a balcony off the bedroom overlooking one of the two swimming pools. On the first floor there is a very large master bedroom ensuite, with yet another larger balcony. Naturally there is air conditioning throughout.
The underground car park is accessed by remote control, so you can drive to the allocated car park space which is beside the lift which takes you to the front door of the apartment which is on the second floor. There is also stairs access from the basement.
There are two separate swimming pools and a children's paddling pool, all of which are surrounded by meticulously-kept gardens. Pedestrian access to the complex is by swipe-card only, so it is a very safe and secure environment. You can walk down to the beautiful Peurto de la Duquesa in about 7 minutes. There are three supermarkets within 5 minutes, numerous restaurants and bars in the port, and the beautiful Spanish village of Sabinillas is also within walking distance along the promenade, where you will find plenty of shops in which to browse, and a larger supermarket. The busy town of Estepona is about a 15-minute drive away, if you require a change of scene any day or night.
Duquesa is a 50-minute drive west from Malaga Airport, on the AP7 motorway, exiting at 153 and continuing about 10 minutes on the A7. Gibraltar is about a half hour away.
All in all this is a very homely home from home!
