It is situated in Estepona on the New Golden mile, 10 minutes from Puerto Banus and 15 minutes from cosmopolitan Marbella. Adjacent to the main promenade in Estepona and a two minute walk to the wide sandy beaches with beach bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a cocktail while lounging on your sunbed. Air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.

Fully equipped kitchen. Attractive gardens and allocated parking space. Estepona is a charming traditional Spanish village with a lively old port with a large choice of restaurants.

Large 30 foot by 9 foot balcony with reclining chairs and sun loungers. The development has attractive gardens with palm trees and an allocated car parking space but no swimming pools. However the wide sandy beaches with numerous beach bars are visible from and situated just a few minutes walk from the apartment.

There is a large supermarket directly behind the development which makes it very convenient for shopping for supplies.

Bedrooms:
Two bedrooms with marble floors and air conditioning. The master bedroom has a double king size bed, fitted wardrobes and views over the balcony to the sea and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds with fitted wardrobes.

Bathrooms:
One en-suite bathroom and one guest WC with shower - see floorplan.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped modern kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

Living Room:
Fully furnished with marble floors, brand new leather sofas and 46 inch flat screen TV and blu-ray player. iPod/ iPhone docking station/radio for listening to music. Broadband wireless internet connection and English Television channels.

Cleaning/towels/linen:
Property is professionally cleaned prior to occupancy and clean towels and linen supplied at start of rental. Cleaning service during the stay available on request payable by holiday maker.
