It is just a 5 minute drive to the beautiful Blue Flag beaches of Campoamor, Cabo Roig and La Zenia and only a 3 minute drive to the renowned golf and tennis centre of Campoamor. Las Ramblas and Villamartin golf courses are also within very easy reach.

There is a large communal pool, children's pool and garden area. Some excellent restaurants, bars and supermarkets are within walking distance, whilst the main town of Torrevieja is just a 15 minute drive away. The property benefits from a large south facing balcony with sea view, making al fresco dining a must! Whether you are seeking sun and relaxation, golf, shopping or lively nightlife, this apartment makes an ideal choice for both long and short term rentals.

The Torrevieja area boasts one of the healthiest climates in the world, according to the World Health Organisation.
