It is just a 5 minute drive to the beautiful Blue Flag beaches of Campoamor, Cabo Roig and La Zenia and only a 3 minute drive to the renowned golf and tennis centre of Campoamor. Las Ramblas and Villamartin golf courses are also within very easy reach.

Some excellent restaurants, bars and supermarkets are within walking distance, whilst the main town of Torrevieja is just a 15 minute drive away. The three main golf courses of Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin provide challenging yet enjoyable sport. Alternatively, the 19th hole is the perfect place to while away the time with some of the local delicacies! The golfing is on a par with that found at La Manga, but available at a fraction of the price and without the crowds.

The main town of Torrevieja is just 15 minutes drive away and in the evening you will find market stalls along the popular promenade at which you're sure to bag a bargain! The entire area is home to some fantastic restaurants featuring cuisine from around the world. When it comes to authentic Spanish restaurants, one of the area's best kept secrets is a restaurant within walking distance of the apartment (they serve one of the best paellas on the planet!).

The nearby towns of Murcia, Alicante and Elche provide some amazing historical sight-seeing opportunities and give you the opportunity to experience 'the real Spain'. For thrill-seekers, the nearby adventure park of Terra Mitica is a must!

The property is easy to get to and is well served by major airports and road networks.

Alicante airport is an easy 45 minute drive and Murcia airport is just 20 minutes by car.
