We have two Apartments to let in the beautiful Blue Flag beach resort of Riomar, Mil Palmeras. (One 3 bed and One 1 bed)

The village of Mil Palmeras is 15 minutes drive from Murcia airport & 30 minutes drive from Alicante airport.

Now I will tell you more about each apartment individually:

The One Bed Apartment: It’s a modern 1 bed apartment/townhouse which contains a kitchen/dining area, lounge with pull out sofa bed. There is one master bedroom and 1 large main bathroom. There is also a very impressive, huge, roof terrace which is ideal for BBQ’s and sunbathing. This roof terrace even has shower facilities. This apartment comes with garage space under the complex & you are also allocated a private, secure parking spot in this underground car park.

The three Bed: This is displayed on the picture on the front of this advert. It’s a 3 bed, 2 bathroom, ground floor apartment/house. You are surrounded your own personal garden space. There is a large kitchen and separate utility room. There is also large living/dining area and two large twin bedrooms with one double en-suite bedroom. This house/apartment comes with secure residents-only access, secure parking.

In Mil Palmeras you will fine restaurants, bars, supermarket, a bank, pharmacy, internet café and weekly local market. The nearby resorts of Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Torrevieja with their excellent entertainment and bustling nightlife compliment this. Also the beautiful town of Cartagena is just 30-45 minutes drive south of the village.

Both complexes in Riomar have residents-only adult and children's pool, also both have children's playgrounds. Both are fully furnished with Air-Conditioning units in the lounge and main bedroom.
