APARTMENT DETAILS:
The accommodation consists of an air conditioned sitting-dining room, with dining table for 6, sofas, coffee table, lamps, TV, DVD player and sky box. One sofa converts easily into full size double bed.
Patio doors with shutters lead out onto a large L shaped balcony overlooking the pool, which is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining and sunbathing.
The kitchen, which is separate, is fully fitted and includes full-size ceramic hob and oven and large fridge-freezer. Toaster, kettle, microwave, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron and all pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils are supplied. Back door leads to the balcony which has an outside sink and a fully automatic, front loading washing machine.
The main bedroom is air conditioned and has a double bed, bedside tables with reading lights, wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror. A large full-length window, which opens on to the balcony, ensures the room is light and airy. Window has adjustable shutters fitted.
The twin bedroom has two twin beds, bedside table with reading light and a wardrobe. Window has shutters fitted.
The bathroom has bath/shower, sink, bidet, toilet and mirror with light.

Development has a large, gated, communal swimming pool, lift access and is two minutes walk from the beach and marina, five minutes walk to the golf course and one minute walk from the bus stop and supermarket. It is 30 minutes from Almeria Airport, 2 hours from Malaga Airport and only 2 hours from skiing in the Sierra Nevada. This is an ideal apartment for people without transport as all amenities are within walking distance.
