We are pleased to offer our luxury 3 bedroom apartment for rental. Situated on the jardines resort of Polaris Worlds newest prestigious golf resort, Condado de Alhama. The resort is based centrally between the beach resorts Cartagena and Peurto de Mazarron in one direction and Murcia City in the other direction.

Note, Tenants must be 25 or over, Younger people must be part of a family unit with parental guidance

Internally the apartment is furnished to a high standard with all the amenities expected from a luxury rental property. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridgefreezer,microwave, toaster, oven, Hob and hood. Each room has its own remote controlled air conditioning unit that reverts to heating mode when required, all the rooms have external blinds fitted for complete privacy and there is extensive wardrobe and drawer space in each bedroom.
The bathroom is equipped with bath,shower,toilet,bidet,sink pedestal and wall cabinet.
The living area has the use of a 32" flat screen HD ready tv and dvd player with a large patio door leading out onto the main terrace. The apartment also has internet access.
Externally the grass has been removed and the area retiled to provide a spacious patio area. The patio is furnished with a large 6 seater dining table and chairs to augment the internal dining facility and there is also a large external three piece whicker suite and coffee table for guest entertainment. Overhead, front and side awnings have been fitted which, when closed, along with the front hedgerow provides complete privacy and a large extra living area.The terrace leads out into the communal garden with the large swimming pool only 15 metres away.
There is a large gas barbeque and an outside understair storage facility, with large sunbeds for use on the patio or alternatively to take to the pool.

The apartment is situated on jardine 12, close to the resorts Al Kasar town centre, where the Clover Irish bar, restaurants, Golf shop and Supermarket are situated.
The facilities available at present include the Condado Club with licenced bars, function room, tennis, squash, football, fitness programmes and a range of childrens activities just a short walk away in jardine 6
The PGA standard Jack Nicklaus designed flagship golf course is relatively new but has already received rave reviews in the golfing press, including Golf Monthly with several professional tournaments being staged in the first year of opening. There are also numerous local courses within easy reach including the other Polaris World resorts making the area ideal for golf and sun lovers alike.
All in all everything you would want for a relaxing, memorable and enjoyable vacation.
