The apartments are situated in a marvellous first class resort with 24 hour gate and patrol security. A large supermarket, bar/restaurant, tennis courts, gym, sports complex and Jack Nicklaus signature golf course are a short walk away. Large hypermarkets, banks and international hotels are within 5 minutes drive.

Both apartments are available for either long-term or holiday lettings.

For long-term lettings the apartments are available either furnished or unfurnished. Internet connection and satellite television can be provided by negotiation. High quality brand new kitchen appliances and air conditioning units are included, even if the rental is on an unfurnished basis.

Ideally looking for 2 to 3 year lets to sensible people with their feet firmly on the ground. The low rent reflects the landlord's desire for responsible family-orientated tenants, who treat the properties as their home.
