Description
Enjoy all the best that Marbella and Puerto Banus has to offer while staying in our well located apartment. This is our holiday home available to you for weekly, monthly, or long rental. Access is on one level, much easier for carrying shopping, beach gear, or golf bags etc. The two roomy bedrooms with bathrooms are located diagonally opposite each other within the apartment so two families can stay and enjoy total privacy. There are two single beds that can be pushed together in one room, a super-king size bed that will unzip to become two single beds, and a very comfortable large sofa bed in the lounge should it be needed. The very spacious lounge and dining area leads on to a large elevated balcony overlooking two of the many beautiful Mediterranean gardens, and the famous La Concha mountain reaches for the sky as a backdrop. It's all here to enjoy.
The lounge has one large sofa, large sofa bed, dining table and chairs for six people, LCD TV with Sky channels, DVD player, radio/cd music system.
Outside balcony has table and chairs for six people, with parasol.
Spacious apartment close to Puerto Banus. 10 minute drive to Marbella.

We are located between 'Golf Valley' and Puerto Banus, in Nueva Andalucia, on the Costa Del Sol.
Puerto Banus beach and Marina are only 15 minutes walk, or catch a 10 minute bus or taxi ride to Marbella.
Supermarket, Restaurants, Bars, Shops are all within walking distance. Puerto Banus is a shoppers paradise.
We are approximately 40 mins drive via the motorway from Malaga airport. Full detailed instructions will be provided. We can arrange a taxi or hire car at the airport ready for your arrival. Arrival and departure times for the apartment are flexible.
