We have used Centauro, who are in the arrivals hall, for the past 5 years and always (so far anyway) found them good.

I booked a flight with Ryanair and put one friend's name down using the name she is known by but forgetting that was her middle name not the name as written on her passport.  I pondered about what to do but phoned Ryanair and they actually changed the booking free of charge which was a great surprise, but it was only the day after I had made the booking.

We have always used www.centauro.net at Murcia Airport for the last 4 years and always take the car back with a full tank of petrol.  I think you have to get them to agree to this at the time of booking.  Because we are a regular customer I think it must be on our records that this is what we do but I don't think it is automatic for everyone.  You can only ask.
