Hello, can anyone answer this for me....... We are thinking of buying a small studio apartment on a complex which is made up of some owner/occupiers, some holiday lets and some time share holiday lets.  The time share company are in the debt to the management company for over 100,000 euros but are in negotiations to slowly pay it back.  What are the implications to us as private buyers if there is this debt?  Will we suffer in any way, apart from the obvious possibility that the complex will not be maintained as well as it could be.  

Would be so grateful if anyone knows as we are not sure whether to purchase or not.

Hello, My husband (late 50's) would like to have a few rounds of golf from time to time but doesn't have a partner to play with. He has a high handicap but getting better all the time! We have a holiday home in La Cala de Mijas area and stay several months of the year (arriving again 28th August 2014 for a couple of months).  Is anyone else looking for someone to play golf with or know of any golfing associations in the area that he can join) Many thanks

We are about to move into a place which has lots of excess furniture.  Does anyone know of charities that would like the furniture and nick nacks within the Mijas area.  We do not have transport it might need collecting although we will try to find some willing helpers!
